I have a hacker that wont go away and its taken control of other computers!!!

I have a hacker that i have had for about * year i need your help for ideas of how to get rid of him/her. Everyone i know on my AOL buddy list has been hacked into. Most of the times, it is probably a trojan virus. Get a good virus scan.
