How do I get rid of the trojan csrss.exe?

it's making my computer go slow it's using up my memory and my superantispyware, avg or spybot can't detected it even though it's in my system32 folder and it's showing on my windows task manager

csrss.exe is supposed to be running in system32. If it is anywhere else, it is malware

i have use latest version of 3 anti virus even though the autorun.exe virus is not remove
please help me
