Taking forever to see new pages

Maybe someone can help...I constantly have the problem of not being able to see current web pages. When my client switches from their host to me, I continue to see their old website for days after others can see the new site. How can I fix this?

The proxy could be caching and replaying the old cache or there must be a local cache. Usually, when we hit the 're*****' button, it displays the latest version of the page.

OK First try to erase cache , cookies in your browser.Then restart browser.Should be OK.
