Where I work we have got 8 PCs and 1 main PC and 6 laptops all on a network. I have around 15 workers there and I want to monitor them in order to check what they are working on while I'm not around. A quick Google search bring me to this staff monitoring software, NetVizor (http://www.employee-computer-monitoring.com). So I download a free trial of this software. It's working fine but accidently my staff know I install this software to monitor them. They said installing this monitoring software without their permission invaded their privacy. They insist that unless I removed it, they would not work for me and they would accuse me. I was worried and urgent to need help.
Anyone knows, please help me. Thanks a lot.

if they know it is installed, it must not be too stealthy.
If it is your business, and you own the computers, then you can monitor them any way you want. Talk to your company Human Resources person or lawyer.
This is a very good product here. http://www.spectorcne.com/

You can monitor your own computers if you own them but you do need to let your employees know there being monitored. You could maybe give them an agreement to acknowledge. I'd use Interguard SONAR to monitor employees. Have a look here:
