The FBI arrest of Dmitry Sklyarov at the DEFCON conference in Las Vegas recently is the first real test of new US law Digital Millineum Copyright Act (DMCA). Many in US think this law is unconstitutional and is an assault on free speech. Hopefully Dmitry will be promptly acquitted or found innocent thereby driving a nail in the DMCA coffin.
