Dont know if this is the correct place to post but if I am wrong, please forgive me.

Have received the following email, and was wondering if there is a way to trace it back to find out who was the sender?

My NO MEANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't reply this mail as it's spam IMHO. This is standard way of scanning SMTP server in order to get maillist. Then this list will be used in mail "broadcasts"

I would delete that link before someone clicks it and therefore verifys that your email addres exsists. also make sure you have "blockloading of remote images" in thunderbird...you are using thunderbird right? :P
that is another way of verifying an email.
