I got screwed on a deal in yahoo auctions I paid the guy his money and he never sent my merchendise, but he still logins on to his yahoo messenger and he has auctions that are up to, does anyone know if theres a tool that can grab his IP when he uses his messenger, and if theres any other suggestions on how to pursue this guy please let me know.

To get someones IP you need to have a direct connection from your computer to theirs. When you have a connection established (example: sending a song or image file to someone else) open your MS-DOS window and type netstat -a or netstat -n
This will list all current connections, their host names and IP addresses. Happy hunting.
