hacking through IP?

I think what he is trying to say is Hack some computer by using the ip address. The answer is maybe.

It depends on how much security you use, how many firewalls you have and what ports you are leaving open. A very determinded hacker can "hack" you by just knowing your ip address and connecting through an open port.

You don't need an "IP Scrambler" they don't make those. What you need is a good firewall, like ZoneAlert. Also if you want an IP Alerting tool, not scrambler, google the word "APR". An APR tool will spoof the servers and other computers that you connect to while online to thinking that your ip address is something else. i.e if your ip is 46.68.128.96 and you use APR, the site might think that your ip is 185.58.50.86

If downloading Java from those links dosen't work, then your internet cache is either full, corrupt, or there is a problem with it. I assume you are using IE right?? Don't. Use anything but IE, hell an AOL browser would probably be a better choice. Java is just not functioning on the browser right and you can uninstall the browser and/or Java to resolve this problem.

Plus why would you post something like that here? Make your own thread to post a question like that.
