here's the link to the code:

But i dont know whats the meaning of a "lvl* encryption"
searched google for several programs but coudnt find one which helps me decrypting this code

Ok, that is simple Hex code that can be converter into ASCII using many different freeware applications that are avalible.

I use one that is embeded in a program called Net Tools. Here is the link. http://users.pandora.be/ahmadi/ Just download the freeware and go to either Misc Tools or File Tools in the menu and there should be the converter.

Also if you noticed, I have Hex in my signature. If you convert that, you'll get the translated message, so that might be a way to test your Hex to ASCII program.

If I'm trying to decrypt this with your tool i'm getting sth like this:

&#82*8;ÞuGÓ`¼&#655**;¯Öj ª›u¼«òüô„&#*82;st ¹q&#*8*;&#655**;¢ÇqêïÁèd&#824*;&#*82;rã"&#82*8;xlqð0âßÖ!ÏÕ•%eh‰©|8&#*5*; vckÅä¨ö*¦&#655**;§PÖ©x:@lõ5AÌ<µGÐ,&#*76;p~aÆÍäæp

So any help what to do?

Ok, good. Now that you have the code in ASCII, you need to figure out what type of encryption you have. Personally, I am not a cryptanalysit, so what I would reccomend is saving the soucre of the decrypted file in ASCII and experiment with different methods of decryption. I would use Binary first. The program, Net Tools has all of these encryptions built in and will be able to aid your guessing. Also, if the encrypted text has a password or passphrase which was used to encrypted, you need to, step by step, guess test and revise on what you think the passphrase is.

From there, I really can't help you out here. If you told me what the text is representing, i.e. a password or something, then I'd be able to help you more. There isn't a step by step manual for decryption, so you need to guess and test and revise your methods.
