LIL Help with Cruel Intentionz plz..

hi guys.. i jus dloaded Cruel-Intentionz ( i had it b4 ) but now when i try to connect to myself or any* else this error comes

Client: Opening Sockets
Client: Connecting to **2.*68.0.*05
Client: (*006*) Connection is forcefully rejected

can fix this ??

P.S When i had this b4 i reformated pc it worked when i connected to my self or any* else.

Carlo.. cia goes thru firewall.. and when u gave it to me ( the *st time u gave me ) i cud connect to my self .. his time.. nope cant
