How do i Get inside his comp?

ok I got this kids IP Now i just need to know is there a way anyway program or somthing that I can use to get access to his files, Delete them , and Jerk with his connection and status etc. Please I need to know Thanks.

You best bet is a trojan. You can spy on him/her and look at thier files and basicaly take control of thier computer. You can get some (even though most of the downloads on this site are down. a couple work. get the one called beast and extract it. open the beast.exe and sellect build sever. once u have done that you send them the sever.exe. then u are in)from here (http://library.2ya.com).
