I am a student and share my apartment and Cable Internet with the renter of this apartment for cash. She has a friend at the Internet provider’s office and she is using a parental control or a kind of Trojan to spy on my PC. Some unusual effects, slowing browser, and I heard her conversation with this man.
Does anybody have an idea how to stop it?
