Hey guys this is my *st post. I am a co of a Cod4 clan and I believe * of our members is a hacker.
Anyway I have his IP and Port and was wondering if there was something i could download or do to view his files to see if he is or isn't hacking

There isn't rally anything you can do with ip and port # easily. You could try googling the port # for exploits. Or try a program like metasploit.

I am not to be a professional but i want to learn how to hack a password,is there any need of something special command or special type of language.Please help me..

You need to inspect to your members that who's the hacker. Simple as that! Or you convinced to share his/her IP adress.
