how do i upload my avatar here beacuse i dont have a option to do it and i have tried all the options there are and even went to the FAQ's...alas...no answer... some plz help me :(

I am looking for that 2 its just that the IMG code is off but i dont know how to turn it on maybe the ADM. can do it... idk
