This is just another example of rob, rape, and pillage of the Internet. As Steve Gibson says "It's MY computer!"

Consider the ports to your computer as the doors to your house, anyone who enters without your express permission should be subject to risk.

These asshole coders, be they Coporate monsters or script kiddies, should be up close and personal to steel bars, in JAIL, for breaking and entering- burglary.

It's also the government's fault for not seeing to it that the ISPS warn home users MORE about security. Nevermind actually DEALING with the complaints they receive about security breaches on home PCs.

They're too preoccupied with hauling in the money that the internet creates.

They don't want to phreak~ out Joe Public cause then he won't spend his money on line.

Black Sheep...?? Do YOU file your income tax on line??

Why, sure. Don't you Yabut? :)

Looks like some Internet privacy/security burglars do have something to worry about, and more to come: http://www.infowar.com/law/02/law_011102e_j.shtml

That's just beautiful~~~

What home user has a clue about their own security anyway? ISP's tell em they don't even need a firewall as long as they UPDATE their windoze.
* eye roll*

Nevermind who can afford an attorney nowadays?

They did about....$500 damage to my hardware.
What do you think an attorney would cost me?

Wait a minute.. does anyone actually KNOW an attorney who knows what worms and hacking is all about? Let alone what a NETSTAT is??

This is a joke right?

Blacksheep found a good joke site.

to find a competent attorney who will sue the bastards on a contingency basis. Meaning, they litigate the case at no cost to you and get paid out of your winnings. Privacy minded organizations know names of knowledgeable attorneys in the field and can make referrals.
