If you are the admin or moderator of this forum, yes. Forum management screens include users' IP addresses next to their names in major forum applications (phpbb, vbulletin, ipb).

Then there's no way you can get a user's IP address through the forum. Only forum administrators and moderators have access to that information - the rest of the members don't see it. Messages posted to a forum are anonymous - nobody would use a forum if it exposed their personal IP address to the world.

However, you could get people's IP numbers if you posted a link to an external IP address logging script on your server.
