what does it means:
DESIG:1525, 1305, 1315
RANK:LCDR, CDR, CAPT, LT

The DESIG numbers are probably the career codes (pilot, cook, medical, etc.).

LCDR = Lieutenant Commander
CDR = Commander
CAPT = Captain
LT = Lieutenant

Some high brass on there that no one should f*ck with, military or civilian.
Could create painful consequences.

Probably as simple as an abbreviation for military!!!!
Which would encompass all branches. Just a guess. Respectfully, Newbietoo :)

This site that you came across shows compromised computer information. I acessed this page about a month ago and came up with about 30 account numbers with names and transaction numbers. I notified the FBI and since then the site has been blacking out part of the information so no one else can view this material.
