Yes, that needs to be taken care of immediently, but I don't have the skills to do it. But I do have the skills to place a 7mm Remington Magnum bullet between the owner's eyes. I'm sure some of the people here can help this.

Below are the DNS records and a wiki entry on the owner. Note that all this is publicly visible information, and in no way illegal to share. If people want their details private, they shouldn't place them in the DNS (or they should invest in some privacy features from the registrar).
However, I'm not going to become an Internet vigilante. If he breaks the law, contact the police, otherwise he's legally entitled to free speech; however weird his speech is (judging from Wikipedia). If you want to break the law regarding this, I'd suggest not documenting your actions here, but as far as I know, we're allowed to discuss most things in theory.

Even tho it is a pedophile site and i am totally against it, i would not intervene. You have to understand that the mentioned site is outside the US territory, and probably is totally legal in that particular country.
The best you can do to condemn such site is to contact your isp and ask if they can block it. Now you might not get far with your isp tho. Google all those anti-pedophiles activists and all the child abuse organizations and alert them, they can probably get better results than a simultaneous attack on their server.

Even the craziest countries wouldn't advocate pedophilia. It just depends what they define it as:

I'm not sure censorship is right here. If people start trying to block objectionable content, who's to say "those dangerous hacker websites" wouldn't be the next to go? If it's against the law, make it illegal to access it, but don't censor our connections, government.

ISP Censorship is out of the question, thats what the Freedom of Speech Amendment is there for, plus it's outside the country. You can't just 'block' sites on the net, I live in the States and I visit Arab terrorist sites. Am I a terrorist? No, I just do it for the hell of it and see if I translate anything cool when I am bored, plus for political reasons. There is a lot of violent Arab talk on Skype.
I think the only way to truly take down this site is to hand pwn a .edu range, then take it from there which I don't feel like doing this lovely Saturday afternoon, heh.

Some of ISPs do block certain sites, like they block certain ports. I strongly disagree with this -- we pay for the service; we choose what we do with it. I don't think a single domain on the Internet should be blocked.

Denial of service is a very inefficient way of taking down a website -- if you port scan a server, you can find many interesting services that may have vulnerabilities. If you find your own vulnerabilities in this software, any server is vulnerable. Not that I do it though.

To second mike's statement, DoS isn't very effective unless you can keep your HTTP flooder (which you'll probably be using to DoS it) active 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Also, you'd leave many traces. Although, I don't think the owners of that site would know what to do with it, or how to detect why their site isn't working.

...and they wouldn't have much legal significance in any western country -- they complain to us about DoS attacks, and we say "Fine, our people are disabling an Internet server, your people are possibly planning mass-murder.". The problem is, many of their sites are based in America and Europe.
I guess some of these site's are based in the states. They crack down on that shit fast here. Our problem is were to easy on these people. But every country in the world has these perv's in it.
I can't stand china or arabs in the mideast, but what I admire most about them is how they treat their criminals. You murder, rape, or whatever and they catch you, you get a quick trial and your killed. Only reason the states
has more of them is because they only get a little jail time. But if you get caught with durgs, they give you a long prison sentence.
One more thing, we all know were the child molesters flee to and it's Europe, France the most.
The thing about mass murders, are you talking abut he Virginia Tech shooting's. Anyway this guy sould be taken down. Shit we all have impulses, not like his mind you.
When I was doing drugs all I had to do was stop doing it, and I'd stop being called a drug addict. I was only smoking weed and popping a few pills, but you know what I'm saying. Excuses are like assholes we all have them.
Well thats enough of me ranting.

Take a look at Sharia law (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharia) and you'll soon change your mind:
The penalty for theft
In accordance with the Qur'an and several hadith, theft is punished by imprisonment or amputation of hands or feet,
Amputation? You know, some people are actually campaigning to get these kind of laws in the west. Good luck with that; this isn't the 15th century.
These laws are wrong in my opinion because:
1. If you commit a crime, I think you should be punished according to the severity of the crime. Steal something; pay back what you stole in full and serve a small jail time. Irreversable acts that have caused pain to others should be punished more severely; murders meaning perhaps decades in prison. No drugs should be illegal, because it's up to us what we do to our body.
2. Religion shouldn't be a part of any government or law. It should be the choice of each individual whether they believe a load of ritualistic crap that originated from times when people invented a god to explain everything they couldn't.
One more thing, we all know were the child molesters flee to and it's Europe, France the most.
I really doubt that's true. If they did flee, it would probably be to a lawless country. Europe is similar in law to the USA.
The thing about mass murders, are you talking abut he Virginia Tech shooting's
Nah, I'm talking about fanatical religious types who believe killing themselves and thousands of others is something their god would approve of.
Anyway this guy sould be taken down. Shit we all have impulses, not like his mind you.
Has he actually done anything against the law? He's entitled to free thought and free speech.
Yeah, I know. Most of this information is useless, but it's a start
I don't think it would be wise to actually attack this server, after posting all this here. Admitting to a crime online is not something you want to do, especially on a public forum.

Who said anything about me doing anything?:p
The info I posted is for anyone who feels this guy's site should be taken down. I'm not gonna go on any site that has to do with that kind of stuff, because I don't want to risk jail time.
you must call to internet provider , but you must have prosecutor warrant

I'm not going to even visit that site because it would show up in DNS logs, but if all they are doing is discussing their own perverted ideas, I don't see how it is wrong.
They are free to talk about whatever they want, if they live in a country that practises free speech. I don't agree with denying them that, because that sets a precedent, and who knows what people will object to next. Maybe since I'm atheist, people will get my views removed from the net because they disagree with them. Or maybe not, as I'm not in a country that is overrun by religious idiots.
