Will All-Nettools proxy test check HTTPS SSL tunneling proxies? If not, where can one test HTTPS proxies for anonymity?

No, it won't, you need a proxy checker running on https to accomplish this.

I haven't seen such checkers, but they might exists, because *********ly it's not complicated to set one up, as long as your run an SSL-enabled site.

Maybe HTTPS tests would be nice features for All-Nettools folks to add to Proxy Test & Enviornmental Variables Test? Found this secure Environment Variables test:
