Need some help!

Hey guys

I really need some help with some files on my computer and i was
wondering you any of you could help :)

Basically i have Flash player on my computer and it stores all of the
internet sites that use flash player as a .SOL file. I was just wondering if the creation date in the properties menu is the date that, that particular internet
site was created.

I am only wondering this because the dates are wrong on one of my
folders: It says on this folder that i last created it on the 21st of
April and i have only just recently been on this website. So how can
it log something i haven't looked at? And i installed flash way after
the 21st of April ,so how can it already know i have been on it?

Im really confused lol

Basically i just wanted to know if the date that the folder was created is the date that that web site was last looked at.

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
