Please, i really need someones help, if i have deleted an account with its files is there anyway i can get that account back or its files like its documents?

google for file recovery, there are free tools out there. Try to use the computer
as little as possible so the files won't be over written.

In the mean time, try not to use your hard drive much; especially storing/moving large files. The more you add to your hard drive now, the less chance you have of recovering the original files (since they'll be overwritten).

Mike, how you mean moving large files?

You know if i deleted some microsoft word documents from the computer and then delted it from the recycling bin, is there anyway i can get that back?

Your hard disk may still have the deleted information stored but this is not visible to your operating system. If you move around large files you might lose the "deleted" data for good.

Have a look around (Google!) for file recovery software. With such tools you can scan for files that were deleted but are still stored (invisbly) on your hard disk. I've used 'Recover My Files' and can recommend it: http://www.recovermyfiles.com/
