prorat problem

i have a question i downloaded prorat but it will not open i even tried deleting it and turning off all my firewalls and antivirus and antispy-ware programs and downloading it again, it still will not start then i went on a different computer and it open just fine have any ideas why it wont open? im very stuck on this

i tried googling but it failed and prorat is a program where you have remote access to someones computer

wikipedia has noting to help me about prorat not starting does anyone in this forum know any reasons any reasons at all?

dipman, the only thing I can think of is some security program is not totally disabled. I had trouble with disabling Avast anti-virus, I just couldn't get a program to run. So I uninstalled it and went back to AVG. Or try booting in safemode and then opening it.
