ProRat said cannot run from Zip, But i extracted from winrar

I extracted Prorat from winrar and it gives me a message saying i should extract the file then open it, but i have already extracted the file like 5 times from winrar already.
Can anyone help!!!

sorry to say, if you cannot extract from winrar, than you ought to quite trying to enter the world of hacking....j.k

try downloading from a different site or save the file than open from a different comp...
