how is it possible to create a silent installer...i found out about it not to long ago when i was emailed one and purposely clicked on it, it was no more than 1MB and the little thing was zipped and it installed 4 forms of spyware on to my computer (mainly the fake spyware and antivirus programs) how can something so small cause something to install thats around 331.9MB and more...all i know is that it is a silent installer and it requires the internet to install the programs..can anyone shed some light to my obvious mystery?

a quick rundown, one way is you will need a downloader trojan and a exe file binder, both undetected to virus scanners. Configure your trojan, bind with another file, (it could be pic/video/text file, but the output must be an exe) then send away. The recipient will need to run (double click) it.
