How to Ping sites or Pang?

I have tried so many proxies moon i have tried the proxies you gave me and they don't work!
I'm telling Proxies arent' the answer to my problem what baut pinging can i ping sites from Notepad or something else?

You actually can bypass the sites in my retarded school by pinging and getting the ip. Easier way to do it is click ^ tool box and type it in the whois same thing.

anyway i have bypassed my schools shit every way possible lol they have blocked all proxie sites as have many schools they also bloock cmd but lucky for me i know the admin password due to some snooping

your best bet is to get access to an admin acount on the schools server and disable your schools blocking system thats about all you can do sorry to say:(
