how to use icq anonymously?

I will be so happy if anyone of you can tell me a good(and detailed)way to use icq without exposing my real ip. I have tried the software antifirewall(using anonymous proxies)but it doesn´t seem to work. At least not if I change the server setting in icq. Then it won´t connect. I am behind a firewall.
Then you´ll do one good thing today-I´m trying to expose my boyfríend who is cheating on me on the internet you see..

One other thing: Does it really work exposing the IP of the one your chatting with by using the "netstat" command in the command prompt? I haven´t really suceed doing that.

Аська работает через прокси без проблем - я её именно так и использую. просто надо найти хорошие прокси которые умеют поддерживать стабильную связь с ICQ сервером.

The proxies that work well with ICQ are either HTTPS (also called CONNECT proxies) or Socks proxies (but not regular HTTP proxies).
