Cain and Abel

I have read a lot of the Cain and Abel threads on this forum but none have answered my question.

I am trying to learn to use cain and abel. however, when ever I try to use the LM NTLM import button nothing happens. No users come up or anything. I created a bunch of users on the computer, but none come up. Anybody solve this problem?
