i have one client. the server blocked many sites of internet,how can i get those sites in client without server's permission:rolleyes:

So you access the Internet via a proxy server running on that Windows 2003 machine, and you can't access some sites in your browser? Is that what you're trying to say? Then use something like Tor, www.torproject.org
