try netstat -ao
Another way is to go to your firewall connections. and look. No firewall? Shame on you. I recommend comodo firewall.

. I have firewall.

netstat can see the ip and open ports locally, but i want to know
why i should set up a tcp port, has what is it?
2) Why do we need a port range when I see (by netstat-o) there are several connections on TCP port ?
*) The port tcp is he the connection with one or more servers or clients ?
4) Same question for the port range on which I have no control, which connections are made above (server, client, or other??)
