I have tried the /dns command but it dosent work.
it gives me
* Dns resolving .....
* Dns unable to resolve....

You posted in two threads, so I'll answer here.
You said you used the whois command and got an address? It should be [email]username@long-isp-address.doma[/email]in. Discard the username and you'll have a long hostname of some ISP - this is the user's hostname for that particular connection to their service provider. Both this and their IP address change regularly if they are a home subscriber to an ISP, so do not rely on it past one night (most people switch off computers and routers daily).
Ok, so you've got a hostname. Now you need to perform a DNS lookup on that hostname and you'll get their IP address - nearly all internet software is capable of DNS lookups, but the easiest way to do it is by going to command prompt and entering:
[B]ping hostname.here.isp.domain[/B]
In every ping response line you'll see their IP address clearly. Now you're free to do... Not much really unless they host services or use no router.
