hey guys, my problem is this, i work in a call center for a isp, and sometimes quality department monitor our computers, so here is de question, is there someting that i can do because i dont want that monitor my computer???

They have every right to monitor the computer because they own it.
Booting from a live Linux cd/dvd will bypass any software based monitoring.
