That's what the test proxy result on this site (all-nettools) tells me. But when I go to the one "judge" site I know of it, says I'm using a proxy server, and points to the "ns*" at the beginning of the proxy's name as the tipoff.
What is all-nettools missing that the judge site picks up, and what is ns*?
