Good day specialists,
I have IP address 80.2*0.28.75 who is bothering me on the daily basis.I want to locate this person.How can I find name and coordinates of this individual?I tried here but this is the general information of his provider.Who can advise more precise information?

If the IP that you mentionned is a dynamic IP it means that it could be assigned to different users, or in other words many users could be behind this IP (but never at the same time).
However if you are sure that this SAME IP is always bothering you, then you can email the following ISP and explain the abuse.

Take contact with the service provider and explain your case.
I believe it is a dynamic IP, therefore you need to be very precise
by indicating the date, the time and the duration.
Within the same day the same IP could have been assigned to several users, but I would say, ONLY one of them is giving you trouble, so be very precise with the time by indicating it in GMT.
Also, you need to provide in your claim, your IP and the type of abuse that you are receiving....

The problem is that the service providers keep the logs of connections.ip address connected at time to telephone number.Once u have the telephone number u can find the person.
So u need their help to fetch the info for you or the cops in their country need to help.

You can find the name and coordinates for any individual domain. I have check this ip in WhoisXY.com but i didn't found any information in that. It will be a spammer. So you can better inform this to cyber crime.
