The "Ipconfig" command shows you all the network interfaces of your computer. Most hardware routers have a "web admin panel" where you can see the devices (including their MAC and IP addresses and other useful information) connected to it. If you have a software router (like Kerio Winroute for example), please refer to its manual regarding more information about it.

Yeah the Ipconfig coammnd will show your all the network interfaces on your ocmputer....
