Wanted: Sample C/C++ code for a simple win98/NT Proxy

I need to write a proxy.
What it is suppose to do is to pass incomming
tcp conections to some specified ip addresses.
I am looking for sample code save some time.
Using VC++ 5.0 or 6.0
Target system is win*8/nt.
