Is it possible, the forum is phpBB using php-nuke. I've heard of people doing this but i have never tried for phpBB. Can Anyone help me out? Or are the other ways to do the same thing.

You should Google up XSS exploits for phpBB. But as of now, the forums are patched and safe. Find someone running an old version of phpBB and they might be vulnerable.
Securiteam, Securityfocus, Milw0rm; security sites like that will yield the vulnerabilities you seek. I would imagine the latest forum scripts are relatively secure though.
