Microsoft Outlook and SocksCap???

And nobody knows why Microsoft Outlook does not want from SocksCap to be started in Win 2000, WIN*X and Win XP? And and not only Outlook, but also all of Microsoft of the program (Word, Excel, FrontPage), they simply do not work, and then are closed. Unique(sole) in Win *8 all well works. I do not know in what a problem, who can will prompt. Can there is what that the adjustments either at SocksCap or at Outlook.
