Well in the first post the site which you have mention here its a really very nice site. I like its all of the functionalities as well as all of its features. But its my bad luck that the link is in the second post not possible to open in my system. It is working with all of others or not I don't know but on my system its showing me "Page can not display error".

First site is good, it has all the tools for searching IP by country. 2nd link is less useful but this is also good.

Hey everyone i was wondering if someone could help me????? my computer was stolen from my home two days ago, and i want it back before anything happens to it, i have a lot of things that would be used against me. I believe my friend who was staying with me took it, which he told me he didn't the only reason for this is because only my computer was taken from my home, they left my wiii all my movies and games for my wii and my playstation 2..... i had another computer in plane sight that they didn't even take it. The computer that they took they took the power cored and the mouse with it. Sorry to let everyone know it was a laptop. Now telling you the story can anyone tell me how i can track down my computer by searching for the IP address????? If i can, can you tell me how to get the IP address and how can i track it to him....... Hold down the windows logo key on your keyboard and push R on the keyboard. When the Run dialog box comes up (let go of the windows key if you havent yet) type in CMD and press enter. Type in "ipconfig" without the quotes and press enter. It should display your IP address.

From the ip you can only get a rough location of where the ip is. In some cases the country and in others even the city. To get even deeper only the isp can tell and they don't do it for security reasons except for authorities.

You will need help from the offenders isp for that. And it will probably require a court order. You can report the ip address to the isp's abuse email address, but it probably won't help.
