Hi,A bi-directional firewall such as ZoneAlarm* and Personal Firewall 5 will monitor both inbound and outbound traffic preventing Trojans and backdoor programs from functioning.Encrypt your e-mail and embed an identifying key.Always be cautious on the internet and downloading anything you are not sure is safe or know where it came from.
