you don't aquire proxies, you can use them.


onequick easy and dirty way is to take the ip, stick it in the correct section of your internet tools, guess a port number( hey you'e only got like 4 main ones to chosse from) and work from there.

This does not mean you can use that ip as your proxy server though.

Read up on this before you do it.
