With all the recent cyber attacks, many admins are operating in paranoid mode and the laws can always be twisted just to hazzle the perpetrator wether it's illegal or not. any ISP company can file a complaint againts you or take you to the court. Would you like to take that chance? attorney fee's are not that cheap. so my advice is becareful and always think safety first.
