*- anyone knows how do i block or hide my ip address so that my isp cannot see it or find it /my isp is using proxy server

or how can i connect two pcs at a time (using switch...) while the my isp consider that i m using only one pc

There is no way to hide if you are on a tcp/ip network.
Anonymity simply does not exists.

If you wish to run multiple machines on a single connection then try using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on your home LAN.
