I can not access i special site. Is it possible to block my computor? (not my IP-adress, I have tried several dif IP-adresses)

If You cannot access this site from Your computer:
* even thou You are changing IP addreses - check out, may be there is some cookie, who identifies You for the resource You are looking for.

* if You are changing IP address inside of one C network, may be
whole C network is blocked either at the destination point or
somewhere on the way at some hops.

Somebody knows how to get internet user location (in real plas, city) by it's IP?

There are many different websites that do this, but to get the actual city, the best place I think is:

It doesn't work for all IP addresses though, but does for most.
