Hi i know such error - its because website add your ip-adress to their black list you cannot access to this website if they will not disable your ip from their ban list.
And second if your internet connection supports proxy - you can go to
www.stayinvisible.com and find a nice proxy and than you can access to this website - BUT REMEMBER YOU SHOULD USE "ANONYMOUS" OR "HIGH-ANONIMOUS" PROXIES AS "transparent" SHOW YOUR REAL IP.

hi,

I thought a 40* error message is FORBIDDEN and 404 is a FILE NOT FOUND.

The proxy advice is your best advice. Actually it is the only means you have. You are disguising your connection. There is no way a network admin will prevent every proxy. There are too many, even you can turn your computer into a private proxy if you wanted. For an added s***estion, since you are not planning on hacking from the school computer, you can use a USA proxy, which I would recommend for speed purposes. Get the proxy and stay invisible.

Hi!

Hi Thats right ERROR 40* IS access FORBIDEN,BUT YOU WILL SEE IT IN TITLE AND IN WEB-PAGE - ITS WHEN YOUR COUNTRY BLOCKED FROM ACCESSING WEBSITE OR EVEN YOUR CONTINENT IS BLOCKED LIKE IT WAS AT WWW.GEORGEWBUSH.COM WHEN WAS ELECTIONS IN USA.
BUT IF YOU SEE ERROR 40* FORBIDDEN IN TITLE OF PAGE,BUT ON PAGE YOU SEE ERROR 404 - THIS IS WHEN SOMEONE BLOCKED YOUR IP FROM ACCESSING THE WEBSITE.
THATS ALL - I ALSO HAVE A PAID HOSTING AND I TEST SUCH FEATURE CALLED "IP DENY MANAGER" IN CPANEL.
P.S I BOUGHT SUCH GOOD WEBHOSTING FOR * DOLLAR - IF YOU NEED WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN BUY WEB-HOSTING WITH SHOPPING CART,REAL MEDIA SUPPORT FOR * DOLLAR PER MONTH - ASK ME AND I WILL HELP YOU.
Best Regards
Nick
