Java Applets Failed

Hello People,

I am having a problem. A while a back I disk defragement my computer and now I am having problem with it.

When I try to enter a chat room, a blank square with a little red "X" on the corner appears, an in the bottom of the window it says "Java Applet Loading Failed." I followed ALL the steps in Java.com,( every single instructions) but it was no use. I even uninstall & install it back about 50 times, but its still not working. Can some one please help me

This is where I down load java from http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp Like I said, I followed all the steps and all the other instruction, but they was no use to me. I even tryed system restore at the time, But that too did even help. If any one can help. I will appreciate it alot. Thanks

what if that particular chat room is havin troubles servin the applet
in such scenario's its wise not to blame ur self as net tools also have an applet on its home page (i assume) so if that loads well u are fine
then see ur Broswer settings sometimes security ap's play the blocking role
