I don't know much about computers, but my boyfriend knows alot.
He has full access to all my computers that I ever work on.
If he has a free website or diary, can he see if I visit it by my IP address? He mentioned once that he was able to see that some girl kept reading his diary even when he wasn't logged into it because her IP address was being recorded.
How can I find out if he is doing this or if he is recording my activities on my laptop?

Yes he can record on his website the IP of computers but he has to know your IP first. Unlike telephone numbers IP's are not always teh same (depending on your ISP) your IP may change everyday.
My idea is that your BF is just braging and that his ex is probably banging some other guy by now.
In last resort try a soft called multiproxy it will change your IP very often

Basically, this depends on the IP address. If your IP address belongs to a large nation-wide ISP and it's dynamic (i.e. it changes every time you connect to the Internet via dial-up or ADSL connection), then would be pretty difficult to identify you. But if you have a static IP address, which he surely knows, then he would be able to log your visits. The same is valid if you're using a small ISP. As for the second part -- it's a whole different issue. He could install some spyware on your PC. You way want to try to identify it by running something like AdAware.
