Do a google search for www.ultrareach.net and click "find similar" and you'll get a few. Also www.wujie.net is a mirror of ultrareach so that might work but try not to tell to many people or those will get blocked too

    Upade: So www.ultrareach.net was blocked and Syntax when I clicked that ip u gave me, nothing happen, it just went to a page that said this web site could not be found or somehting like that.. ANyways What I did manage to do is find the site www.xroxy.com has a bunch of FREE proxies THAT WORK! And I would just use the proxies to get around the Wbesense at my school.

    Once Again I have saved my school from being taken over by Websense!!

    This is why i wrote the page @ http://www.boninroad.com/ip.php

    You type in the IP of the website you need to go to and hit submit. I wrote something that converts the IP TO DECIMAL format. Sometimes you can get straight to the website and other times you cant.

    The main reason why you wouldnt be able to get to a site through its DECIMAL IP would be because the DNS on the hosting webserver sends you elsewhere, or the index.php has a script saying:

    IF DOMAIN != www.whatever.com GIVE 404ERRORPAGE

    EX: http://www.slcc.**.la.us = http://*4*54*7840/
