There have been several trojans written in VB including Win*2/VB.DC trojan, TROJ_VB.JL, and VB.Annoy!Trojan to name a few. Here's a short tutorial in making one in VB that allows you to connect through telnet to the target machine:

A. hope and pray the user has started the telnet service because windows has it turned off.

b. hope and pray the proposed target does not have a half decent virus scanner

c. somehow convince your target to run your new vb script.

d. make it interesting and write it in a bat file and then show us the code so we can all laugh at you and mock your stupidity for even asking this question in the first place.
