can someone let me know, how could i spoof my IP and use someone else

You can't....there are alot of articles on google about it... lets say you ip is 6*.*.*.*.* and you want to spoof it as 6*.*.*.*.* once you send a packet out to a server or something the packet will be sent to 6*.*.*.*.* so you wont receive the packet
