Guest vs. Admin

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if there was anyway a Guest user account could overpower an Administrator account without using any downloaded or disc programs.
Is MS-DOS capable?
Would a simple .bat file work?

the answer to your question is no. not realisticly. you have to know exactly what your doing and how to do it. you cant just ask some one for a paragraph explanation on how to out wit your administrator
